Do you ptint to create it? It brings it off center and then when I close the lid, it will stop before the service station about one inch.

This does not seem to be a cartridge problem because Ed replaced the cartridge but the problem remained.

Then they put in two new cartridges and it worked just fine. It was available for free so I downloaded it and it worked.

Is there any help on this issue? Were you able to find any or does anybody have a location that I can review?

Now blot the nozzles of the cartridge on the paper towel, for a black cartridge you should see two black stripes, for a color cartridge you should see three colored stripes, if you don't have all stripes the cartridge is clogged or hewkett.
