That's interesting because I'm running an Intel under Win7 and MY driver was obtained simply by running Windows Update -- and the current version I have 4.

Actually it's working without problem on Vista but not for Windows7. On win10 with the MS basic display driver on my GM, the youtube videos seem to have less quality than on win7, at least on p.

So basicallyit sounds like there is no way to make a driver for this chipset to meet WDDM standards and unless Microsoft makes sddm changes to Windows 7, to allow for XPDM drivers to work like they did in Vista, then there's no way to really run the new OS.
